Supporting participants to engage in social activities, sport, recreational programs, volunteering, and community events across Darwin. We help build meaningful connections and develop the skills for independent community participation.

Core Supports — Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation (04)
Our Travel and Transport Assistance helps NDIS participants maintain independence and community connection by making travel stress-free and accessible. Whether it is medical appointments, shopping, social outings, or community activities, our trained support workers ensure every trip is safe, comfortable, and tailored to your routine and goals. We provide transport to and from medical appointments, work, or education; community access and social participation; assistance with grocery shopping and errands; safe accessible vehicles; support to use public transport confidently; and accompaniment during appointments.
Who is this for?
Participants who need reliable, supportive transport to access medical appointments, employment, education, community activities, or daily errands.
Please Note: Travel and Transport supports are funded through Core Supports — Social, Economic and Community Participation (04). Eligibility depends on the supports approved in your NDIS plan.
Coming SoonCore Supports — Assistance with Daily Life (01) — SIL
Shared and individual living arrangements with 24/7 or part-time support for participants living in their own home or shared accommodation. SIL funding supports participants to live as independently as possible while receiving the level of support they need.
Who is this for?
Participants who require ongoing support to live in the community.
Please Note: SIL requires an approved SIL quote in the participant's NDIS plan. Contact us to begin the SIL application process.
Improved Life Choices (07)
Full financial administration of NDIS plans — processing invoices, budget tracking, financial reporting, and maximising plan value. As your plan manager, we act on your behalf to pay providers, monitor spending, and ensure your funds are used effectively. Participants retain full choice and control.
Who is this for?
All NDIS participants who want financial support without the administrative burden.
Please Note: Plan Management must be funded in the participant's NDIS plan. If not currently funded, you can request it at your next plan review or through a Change of Circumstances request.

Coordination and referral to occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists. We facilitate connections with registered Allied Health providers in Darwin, ensuring participants receive the therapeutic supports they need to achieve their goals.
Who is this for?
Participants with Capacity Building funding in their NDIS plan for therapeutic supports.
Please Note: Allied Health services require Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living (15) funding in the participant's NDIS plan.
